Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It describes our voluntary refund practices; non-waivable statutory rights you have under applicable law are unaffected (see Section 7).
1. Voluntary 14-day refund — self-service Teams plans (1–50 seats)
We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on the first charge of any self-service Teams plan. To request a refund, email vox@rizenhq.com from the billing email on the subscription, within 14 days of the initial charge.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on the issuing bank.
This is a voluntary commercial refund offered by us. It is separate from any statutory right of withdrawal (see Section 7).
2. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are not eligible for the 14-day voluntary refund window — you can cancel at any time in the Customer Portal to prevent the next renewal, but a renewal that has already been charged is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
For annual plans we send a renewal reminder email seven days before each renewal so you have a chance to cancel before being charged. Monthly plans do not receive a per-renewal reminder; you can cancel a monthly plan at any time in the Customer Portal.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time via the Account page (which sends you a one-click link into Stripe's Customer Portal) or by emailing vox@rizenhq.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access through the period you've already paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time on a current period.
4. Seat reductions
If you reduce seat count mid-cycle, Stripe pro-rates the change as a credit applied to your next invoice. We do not issue cash refunds for seat reductions.
5. Enterprise plans
Enterprise plans (51+ seats, custom agreements) are governed by the refund terms in the signed agreement, which supersede this policy.
6. Billing disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact vox@rizenhq.com before filing a chargeback. Most disputes resolve faster by email than through the card network — and we always refund in good faith for genuine billing errors. Nothing in this policy restricts or affects any chargeback or dispute right you have with your card issuer or bank.
7. Statutory rights and EU/UK right of withdrawal
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under applicable law.
EU and UK consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU (as amended) and equivalent UK legislation. Because we deliver your Commercial License Certificate immediately upon payment, you are asked at checkout to expressly request immediate provision and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once provision begins, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive. If you did not provide that consent at checkout, contact vox@rizenhq.com and we will issue a full refund and revoke the license.
This policy does not affect statutory rights you have in respect of defective digital content.
